Arthritic Pain, Frost and More Deaths.

Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

Since I haven’t been able to exercise like I used there’s been a noticeable increase in Arthritic Pain where my Left Hip and Pelvis join. Even though I exercise it’s not possible at this time to do a proper exercise for my legs. Don’t worry I’m not diagnosing myself. My Family Doctor gave me the news Twenty-Five Years ago after sending me for a M.R.I.. Pain starts to flare up within minutes of my laying on that side at night and since I can’t sleep on my Back it’s starting to bother my right side.

Most would say just take a Tylenol for the pain. When you donate Blood you are not allowed to take any medications other then Vitamins for Three Days prior and Monday is scheduled for my next donation so all I can do is put up with it.

I wasn’t up very long this morning when Kathy joined me. The first thing we saw looking out the Balcony Door was all the Frost covered roofs in the adjoining neighbourhood and Fog in the air.

We spent most of the morning getting caught up with our On-Line reading.

When it came time for lunch we used some of the Roast Beef and Gravy from last night’s supper to make a One-Sided Open-Faced Sandwich. We topped it off with Orange Slices, Cookies and Vanilla Pudding Cups for dessert.

After re-examining our food stocks we decided to wait to head out to the store. Having watched a lot of the Insurrection News this week we found a Mystery Movie that helped us pass some time.

We had Macaroni and Cheese for supper. We then we shared an Apple, Cookies and a Yogurt Cup for dessert.

On the 6 o’clock Local News we learned that the Windsor/Essex district lost another 9 People to the Coronavirus today. There is also a delay as to when the Vaccine will be available. We’ll be so happy when this is all over with.

Not sure what we’ll be doing tomorrow. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Everyone is entitled to their opinion unless it personally attacks someone for their comment or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. Arthritis is not fun, some worse than others but we all seem to end up with it.
That lunch sandwich needs more beef and gravy for me! ha ha Marty's restaurant has spoiled me. :)
    Stay well you two!

  2. Glad your finding ways to keep occupied (pardon the pun) rather than watching the US Gong Show. Stay happy as well as healthy.

  3. I read in the news today that both Ontario and Quebec have seen a down turn in the number deaths this weekend. I certainly hope that is the case.

I think it best to try and limit outings to one day per. Maybe you can both do walks within your neighbourhood. It might be safer for the next few weeks.

Here they are talking about closing the BC border. And you know about the Federals thinking about banning air travel. What a world we are living in.
