More STUFF.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

After dealing with all that STUFF yesterday we both slept fairly decent last night. As a fact I didn’t wake until nearly 7:30 and Kathy slept until after 8:00 this morning. We had a simple breakfast of toast and coffee before doing our usual morning reading on the computers.
One way of touring the Wisconsin Dells.
Once we were done with that I started doing a few repairs on our things around the apartment while Kathy continued on her quest to purge more STUFF. Today she started going through the storage room especially the container for the cookie cutters and cake pans. Since we don’t decorate cookies and cakes the way we used to she was ruthless at paring things down only keeping about 50 cookie cutters which meant that she was getting rid of over 300. To some people that may sound strange but when you had a hobby that we did for a number of years that was actually not many.
Lost Canyon Tour Wisconsin Dells.
We took a break around 10:30 to run some errands. Our first stop was at Staples for some packing tape for the boxes I’m taping together. Next we stopped at Walmart to walk around for exercise and to see if they had a CD by the Bare Naked Ladies and a phone case for Kathy’s cell phone. We got lucky on both accounts but it was now past lunch time so we stopped at Taco Bell before heading back to the apartment.
Missouri Animal Safari near Bronsen.
Before getting the car repaired your foot would feel the pulsing of the brakes when you’d apply them. Today we used it for the errands and like Kathy had said after picking it up from the transmission shop on Thursday it drove like a new car and the braking was totally smooth.
That is where we normally store the wrapped Christmas gifts.
Everything up to but not including the Corner Cabinet is for the Garage Sale.
Back at the apartment Kathy and I inventoried the things we are hoping to sell at the garage sale and packed them into the boxes we had picked up the other day. Now looking at the wall in our dining room you would almost think we were getting ready for Christmas except the boxes are still open and they’re not decorated.  Either that or someone would think we were moving which of course we are not.
Kathy's been working too hard the last few days.
By the time we finished with the packing we were both tired and needed a short break before starting to get ready for supper. It didn’t take Kathy long to finish putting together the side dishes for supper while I barbecued a couple of hamburgers on our Weber-Q which is totally amazing how quick and easy it is to cook up a meal for the two of us on it.
Barbecued Cheeseburgers, Spinach Linguini, Beets
Glas of wine and Apple Cobbler ala mode.

Kathy continued sorting more STUFF while I was cleaning out duplicate files and pictures on my PC. I’ve noticed that the PC has been getting slower and slower. I had run all the scans but that didn’t help. When I looked how much available hard-drive was left I had a shock. After only an hour I managed to remove over a Gigbyte of STUFF from my computer. There’s still a lot more that will get cleaned out before I back it up but I’m sure I’ll start seeing an improvement on its operating speed.
The flowerbeds seemed to have exploded with color overnight with the tulips telling us that spring is definitely here. Tomorrow we have plans for meeting Bill and Vera for lunch out so I’m sure that will make for an interesting day. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

I love it when you say STUFF!!! We have a lot of STUFF in our manufactured home in Florida we need to get rid of so that we can sell the place that we no longer use. We have been gradually getting rid of it, but it seems like a monumental task. Have fun with your days!
