Appointments and Selling STUFF.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Yes I know that cooler air is supposed to help you sleep better but this is ridiculous. Since Friday we have been sleeping with our bedroom window slightly ajar and both Kathy and I have been sleeping like rocks.
When we first arrived home at the end of April the night time lows were close to freezing and we were getting a lot of rain showers throughout the day and night so we slept with our windows closed. Since the middle of last week we are starting to reap the benefits of sleeping with the windows open at night which was something we had started doing in the trailer down in Florida and Georgia.
Sleeping until after 8:30 we felt refreshed after again only having toast and coffee. We both quickly checked our E-mails and the morning blogs before I needed to get ready for a visit with my Optomologist. By the time I left Kathy was busy sorting through old photographs that she plans on dividing amongst the kids. Her reasoning is that we have the pictures of our trips on the computer for memories. She wants those pictures of the children in their growing years to bring back the memories to them. She says she will always remember them in her mind.
It was just after lunch when I returned from my appointment. Kathy had already eaten knowing that I had to fast until after my CAT Scan this afternoon. The surgeon that is fixing my hernia in June wanted to be certain he wasn’t dealing with a double Hernia instead of one.
Kathy had posted some of the things we are purging on Kijiji in hopes of selling the larger pieces here and not having to haul them to our daughter’s home for the Garage Sale. Shortly before supper she was contacted by a few people and one said he’d be over shortly. We had just finished eating our supper when the phone rang and he had arrived. Minutes later he left happy with finding exactly what he was looking for and we were happy because that was less STUFF we had to worry about.
Tomorrow we’ll keep chipping away at purging more Stuff but taking breaks to run a few errands. You never really know what could pop up when we’re out and about. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
