Muggy Day.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

The tiredness finally caught up on me enough that I slept in until 7:30 this morning. Of course with the Air Conditioner running all night the constant drone of the fan drowned out all the outside traffic noises.

Watching the Weather Channel while we had breakfast showed that with the high humidity and pollen levels that we’ll be experiencing for the next few days we’ll be keeping the AC on for Kathy’s benefit.

After doing our morning reading it was time to get on the phone and try to figure out why our phone bill was so high. Apparently what we thought was our normal payment last month was due to them not charging the full price and now double dinging us this month. Thanks for nothing!

Kathy and I spent the rest of the morning making boxes for a few Christmas Gifts that we bought while in White Lake Michigan eleven days ago. We did get the boxes made but not wrapped but with only another 192 days we won’t wait too long to finish that chore.

Kathy has continued researching places to go and things to see on our return trip from Florida next April but she has had difficulty scheduling some of them because she hasn’t been able to find a 2015 calendar as of this time. Since I have made them before for other events I started making one for eighteen months this afternoon marked with all the birthdays, anniversaries and holidays that we observe on it.

For supper I grilled a couple of nice chicken breasts and endives to go with the sweet potatoes and broccoli that Kathy cooked up in the kitchen. She thought that she would come out and keep me company but with the high Humidex she didn’t stay too long.

After supper we went to the Forest Glade Arena where we watched our grandson Tyler play Lacrosse. With his team only having two extra players to rotate with they held off the other team who had twelve extra players to rotate. The final score was tied at two goals per team. Can you imagine what Tyler’s team could do if they were better rested?

Tomorrow the weather is not supposed to be good so we’ll be keeping busy doing something indoors. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. Comgratulations to Tyler’s team. Shows a ton of maturity when a team can compete with several men short.
