On Sunday, I went all out, making an Omelette for brunch, before cleaning and slicing for our Bacon/Veggie Wraps for supper. By the time we ate my Right Shoulder Pain was getting unbearable to the point that I needed to take an Extra Strength Tylenol, just to be able to sit comfortably to eat.
We were happy to hear from our good friends Wayne and Sue from Washington State. They are presently located at LaPosa South in Quartzsite, Arizona. Though I did not say anything to Wayne, the Shoulder Pain and Tylenol were causing me to be distracted. I was worried that he would think that I had been drinking, even though I was totally sober.
I tried to write out the Blog, but even moving my arm in the wrong manner, felt like someone hitting the shoulder with a hammer. According to the Doctor at the Pain Care Clinic looking at my X-Rays, the Rotator Cuff is badly damaged, but he cannot schedule any repairs until an Ultrasound confirms the findings. The Injury took place a year ago and the latest X-Ray around Christmas. Now Three Months later the Ultrasound will finally happen next Monday. Trying to One-Finger the document using only my Left Hand proved disastrous, so I had to call it an early night.
It took an additional Two Tylenol before my eyes were able to close for the night. With that many Caplets, it was no wonder that I overslept this morning.
Once Kathy joined me, we enjoyed Breakfast Snacks as a way of saving me from Pain. Lunch Kathy had an Apple, while I had a Mandarin Orange. Talk about eating light.
With the Sun shining the entire day and the forecast for moderate temperatures, we braved the Southerly Wind Gusts to go out for supper. It was easier than me trying to cook again. The best part of our outing was that we really did not need to wear our Levi Jackets because the temperature reached a record setting 72 F (22 C).
We took advantage of Mary Brown’s Monday Special. It helped to fill the void left by our other Two Meals.
Arriving home just on time to watch the “6 o’clock Local News”, we were disappointed to see that next Monday’s high temperature, will be the Freezing Mark. Let the Roller Coaster Ride begin.
It has taken me all night to write this post with my Left (non-dominate) Hand. A big improvement, from yesterday. Hopefully I will do better tomorrow.

Krackers
Someone told me that I should write a book.
I said, “That’s a novel concept.”
Rick, I certainly hope the ultrasound on Monday confirms the problem and the doctor can schedule having it taken care of it quickly. Does not sound like fun to be in that much pain.
