More Fog and Eating Right.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

I am guessing that we just had too much fun visiting last night. It was not like we had stayed up late, because for the second night in a row. I was tipped back in my Recliner, trying to sleep before Midnight, but it was another one of those nights. Combined, I total just about Six Hours between my Two CPAP Machines. It was shortly after 7:00 when I decided to start my day.

I tried sleeping in but was working at my Computer by 7:30. Though, there was a bit more brightness coming through the Blinds, we would not be seeing the Sun today.

Kathy joined me by 8:30. She had the chance to lean back in her Recliner for the Five Minutes that it took me to gather Breakfast Bars, Yogurt Cups and Breakfast Juice served at the table. It was a single Coffee Day for the both of us, served at our Computers.

As a way of offsetting our intakes, we had a Homemade Italian Salad for lunch, with a couple of Shortbread Cookies for dessert.

Kathy, did not want to go out because last week’s Fog seemed to have returned. She was getting a little antsy so to offset that we turned on the US News Media station. All they kept talking about was the US and Israel attacking Iran. We turned the Television off until the “6 o’clock Local News” came on. It appears that we will be seeing Warmer Wet Weather heading our way.

We enjoyed Macaroni and Cheese as we watched the News, but Kathy was still hungry for dessert, so we each had a small plate of sliced Apples, Mandarin Oranges and Seedless Grapes. It was filling enough that we did not need to eat anything else for the rest of the evening.

We watched “Will Trent”, “High Potential” and “RJ Decker” for entertainment.

Tomorrow will be a lot busier than today.
