Day Off, Lying In State and Season Premiers.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

It was almost a repeat of yesterday. I spent more time in my Recliner before finally sleeping in bed. I barely sat down at my Computer this morning when Kathy came out to join me.

We were still feeling tired from all our errands we did yesterday, so we thought we could use a day off. With no appointments for the day, we indulged ourselves. The biggest thrill we had was when we got from a Federal Government Survey call. I hung up, probably a Scam though I have their Phone Number.

Besides working on the Computers this afternoon, we turned on the Television just on time to see the Plane carrying President Jimmy Carter’s body landing. From there we continued until he was “Lying in State” in the Capital Building and all the Dignitaries spoke praises about not only his time in office but his Humanitarian Efforts around the world.

That ended just on time for us to watch the 6 o’clock Local News. There was some good along with a little bad news.

Once the Dishes were all cleaned up, we checked out a few more programs that we thought we might like. The season premier of “Will Trent”, then “High Potential” and finally the new season of “The Rookie”. They are definitely worth watching and the type of drama we enjoy.
