Comment Response and Remembering The Big Tent.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

I thought getting to bed by Midnight last night, would help me sleep better. It did for the first Two Hours, but then the Pain in my Neck took over. Thinking that going to my Recliner would help Kathy sleep better, that’s what I did. Just as I was getting comfortable laying in the dark I saw Kathy standing by the bedroom looking in my direction to see if I was okay. Though she didn’t know I was still awake, I watched her go back to bed.

It was Three Hours later when I woke with no Pain to bother me. Returning to bed, sleep easily took over a bit longer than I expected. When I left the bedroom for the second time, Kathy was right behind me.

Looking out our Balcony Door, there was nobody outside taking in the colder temperatures. We enjoyed the last Two Pastries for breakfast, before taking our Coffees to our Computers.

We tried calling our daughter Karen to wish here a Happy Birthday but only succeeded in leaving a Voice Message.

It’s been fun reading about the Big Tent in Quartzsite Arizona, from some of the Blogs we continue to follow on our sidebar. It brought back memories of when we were there on opening day. It also reminded us that we could not see everything on the first couple of days. Besides all the Vendors with booths set up inside and outside the Tent there are RVs set up to attract people wanting to upgrade or simply to buy their first RV. There are also Vendors that are setup before and after the month of January nearby and throughout the town. There will also be carloads of people coming from miles around to see if there is something that they just can’t live without. Parking is not always close to the venue and it is not uncommon to have Traffic Jams for Miles away.

For a late lunch I was able to make a Bacon/Veggie Omelette, that we shared. By not overfilling them, I can better roll the Eggs. Again this week, we comfortably walked away from the table.

In response to some recent Comments, we used to make all our own Homemade Soups. It was when we went Fulltime that we stopped doing that, because it warmed up the Trailer too much and it was hard to keep all the ingredients on hand. We did carry quite a selection of Spices in a Magnetic Holder I made and attached to the walls.

Supper was the third meal we shared today that was late. To speed it up, I modified a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Hawaiian Pizza. This was a Name Brand Pizza that I referred to as having been made by Bean Counters. You can’t see the Pizza itself until you open the Box. I added a lot more Pineapple and Mozzarella Cheese. We have found the No-Name Pizzas are loaded with ingredients and cost far less than the Name Brand Pizzas.

For entertainment tonight, we watched the 2017 version of “Beauty and the Beast”. It even kept Kathy’s attention.

All the Weather Reports, we heard or read today are showing Extreme Cold Temperatures for the next Four Days due to another Polar Vortex. Please stay warm.
