Another strange night where we both slept soundly and were awake shortly after 8:00 this morning, as a fact Kathy was in the living room before I got there.
Looking outside at all the growing Puddles we rethought what we wanted to do today. We had barely sat at our Computers when we started hearing lots of noise outside. Suddenly there were Two Pickups, One Dump Truck, One Super Vacuum Truck, a High-Reach Snorkel Truck, a Tree Trimming Truck with a Branch Chipper and a Backhoe all from Enwin Power Company, within Fifteen Minutes. They were spread along the Ganatchio Trail working in the Rain. We only saw what they were doing from our Apartment, but don’t know why, only that they destroyed a beautiful Brick Fence one of the neighbours had around his Pool.
In anticipation of our New Recliners arriving we looked for a Small Table to sit between them. That was the parcel we ordered last Saturday and it arrived on Monday. As the advertisement said, “Some assembly required”. There were Five Pages of Warnings in Five Different Languages. The Assembly Instructions were all Pictures. With my Hip/Leg Pain telling me not to move so much, it took Thirty Minutes to finish. Now Kathy wants to order another for between our other chairs.
Having forgotten to pay attention to the time, because we were still watching out the Balcony Door, we had Pork and Beans on Toast for a late lunch.
After checking the Radar and reading a number of Blogs, both mobile and stationary, it seems we are all being trapped by the same Storm that is supposed to leave our area tomorrow. The temperatures will be very Springlike for another week.
I didn’t mention that Sarough, the young man I mentored to take over my job had texted me the other night. Tonight after he got home, he called. Mile the owner of Windsor Feedscrew was causing problems before I started, then while I was there, but now he’s been criticizing everyone for things they didn’t do. He’s older than myself, never takes time off and I personally think he is losing touch with reality.
We talked for nearly an Hour, most of which I spent calming him down. Sorough thought that I’d be disappointed if he found another job and left. Nobody should have to work like that and I gave him permission to use me as a Personal Reference.
Supper was Sauteed Potato Slices, Brussels Sprouts and Grilled Italian Sausages with Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) for a beverage, along with a single scoop of Chocolate Frozen Yogurt. (Don’t want to overdo it.)
The Electrical Crew finally stopped at 7:30 this evening, but it looks like they might be back tomorrow. The Brick Fence has been replaced with a Yellow Warning Tape and Orange Traffic Cones. Really Unsafe with a Pool in that yard.

Your best advice to Sorough was you'd be a good reference and he should also move on when the opportunity arises.
