Bottom Line.

When reading yesterday’s Blog, you will remember I was still having difficulty walking. There was improvement when I got up today. Though there was still some discomfort, it was much better. This would add to the argument that it is time to give my notice once again and retire.

I mentioned the other day that the job was helping our Bottom Line. When our Truck broke down in New Mexico, it was costly. When they did not reset the Onboard Computer, to say we were towing our Forty Foot Trailer, it was costly having to replace the Front Brakes in California. When we finally made it to Quartzsite, Arizona, it had to go back in the shop because the problem that New Mexico had supposedly fixed, was still there.

All that was paid in US Funds, then the high Exchange Rate was factored in and the Income Taxes were added on. Boy did that kick our Bottom Line.

Renting an Apartment again hit our Bottom Line. I know we saved big time while living in our RV Fulltime, but even the park fees have skyrocketed. An advantage to this Apartment, is if there is another Pandemic, we have a place to hunker down.

Then prices on Food and Fuel have drastically increased.

Having checked out the Laundry Room this morning, I waited until after lunch to do our washing. A big disadvantage is there is no Air Conditioning in that room. It took Three Hours to get things done.

So far so good as far as my Hip/Leg Pain goes, so we’ll keep our fingers crossed, I have a good day tomorrow.
