After-Effect, No Postings, Smiling Vehicles and More Cases.

Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

We both enjoyed our visit with our daughter-in-law Jen last night but we both suffered for it. Jen was just being a good host and served us each a Large Mug of Tea to enjoy while we spoke. Not wanting to be rude or antisocial we excepted those beverages and enjoyed them immensely. We would later pay by tossing and turning most of the night because that was not Decaffeinated Tea. Kathy would later say at breakfast that she was awake until 3:30.

We needed to turn the Balcony Blinds slightly this morning so as not to be blinded by the Sun. It is definitely appreciated at this time of year since we see so little of it but the Sun sits so low in the sky that it’s like a giant spotlight shining into our Apartment. Checking things On-Line there were no job postings in my profession today.

Chicken Noodle Soup was on the menu for lunch today along with Orange Slices, Cookies and Yogurt Cups for dessert.

After lunch I cleaned up the Trash and Recycle before heading out to work on the Truck and Car because tomorrow the Weather will be more seasonal. Last night on the way home there seemed to be a Foggy Haze on the inside of the Windshield. That is mostly caused by the need to run the Defrost for the purpose of keeping the Windshield clear. (See a problem there?) Not only did I clean both Windshields but I checked all the Fluids on both vehicles before topping off the Windshield Cleaning Fluid. Looking back at them it appeared like our vehicles were smiling.

Even though it was barely 4:00 when I got back to the Apartment Kathy had been busy making a Chicken Stir Fry for supper. After washing up when I volunteered Kathy immediately put me to work making the dessert. After mashing a couple of ripe Bananas I blended in a Vanilla Pudding Mix making a Banana Cream Pudding. Supper was quite tasty but not overly filling.

We had the Dishes and Kitchen cleaned up before the 6 o’clock Local News came on. With the entire Province now under its first day of Lock-Down the Chatham/Kent district actually had more Coronavirus Cases and Deaths then the Windsor/Essex district did today. Again they forecasted Vaccines would start arriving during the start of the Summer.

We again checked out the US News Media to find the F.B.I. has been slowly arresting more people that were involved in last week’s Insurrection of the Capital Building.

  3. Yup, a caffeinated drink before bedtime would keep me up as well. Keeping the car and truck clean at this time of year is a full-time job, I think. Yours look nice.

  4. Hadn't thought about tea keeping me awake. I'll check mine out. That may be why I don't sleep well. I have two glasses every evening with my meal.

  5. Glad you had some sun even if it was coming in sideways. Minute by minute now, it's heading up and up in it's track. Yea. Let's hope a lot of other stuff does as well!
