This morning I started reading the blogs by 6:30 and had finished reading them and looking at the upcoming weather forecasts when right at 8:00 the contractor’s jackhammers started and Kathy came running out of the bedroom. It didn’t take long for us to finish our breakfast and head out the door to run a list of errands.
First we went to Kathy’s doctor’s office to pick up her calcium pills that no other pharmacy seems to carry.

Yesterday Dominion Collision called to say the car would be ready by 11:00 but we didn’t show up until 12:30. It was a good thing because the window vent cover had been damaged in the break-in and had only just arrived before we did.

After leaving with lots of hugs and kisses we traveled back to the Guardian Storage Yard. We stopped there so I could install the trailer battery and install the towing brush that will protect the trailer from road debris when it’s being towed.
Kathy caught me just as I finished installing the road debris brush. |

With only 2 days before we leave for Florida things are really starting to move fast now. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
It’s about time.

Rob: OK. I'm off to work.
Bucky (his cat): Again? Didn't you just go there a few weeks ago?
Rob: Where do you think I go every day?
Bucky: I don't know. Odor therapy?
The Swiss Institute for Dumb Guy Research?
The Shiny Monkey Electrolysis Center?
I don't pry.

Do you have extra space for photos? You may have exceeded the 1gig free space provided by blogger.
ReplyDeleteYou need to resize all your images to a maximum of about 2000 pixels wide. You will then be able to post them. I will look up the post by Rick that explains it all. :-)
ReplyDeleteI found a 2009 post. Not sure that it is the right one, but it may help. I don't use Picasa so just resized them all with Photoshop Elements. I made the longest edge 2000 pixels with the aspect ratio preserved.

I agree with the other commenters..could be your storage is full?..
ReplyDeletenice to see you only have two more sleeps till you head south! Lucky you!
Good luck with Blogger. And get ready to go.
ReplyDeleteLucky you. Two more sleeps before you leave for Florida. We have two more sleeps before we leave Florida for Ontario....yikes. Want to change places? Safe travels.
ReplyDeleteLike others have said, you may have exceeded your Google 1GB free storage limit.
ReplyDeleteInstead of paying for more Google storage, you could simply join Google+ for free and with it gain access to unlimited free storage of all your photos. The only limitation on that is the longest edge of the photo must not exceed 2048 pixels - which is no hardship really.
I am glad I am back following blogs once again...we not only get a peek into others adventures but we also learn about maxing out storage on Google...did not know all of this. Sun is shining here in Florida...just for you
ReplyDeleteSometimes it takes me awhile to get things done like reading your post. But I am sure I will enjoy it once I finish. :(
ReplyDeleteI to am having trouble posting pictures since last night. OFM Barney started having trouble the night before. He found out how to make it work but I only was able to post one. Blogger is always trying to fix things that aren't broken.
Maybe if you look at Barneys post you can get more out of it than I did. Good Luck
So happy that you are about to leave the cold and venture south!
ReplyDeleteI swap to html mode to post the pics. Then swap back to the original mode to clean up the blog and get it posted. Google is having trouble. I am only up to 9% of my allowable in Picassa. An internet search showed that thousands of folks are now having that trouble since the last Google improvement.
ReplyDeleteSafe travels. Looking forward to reading more of your adventures. I'm a new blog reader and am loving all these travel blogs! Hope to be on the road myself soon in 2013.
