Kathy’s Painful Knee.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Sitting at this keyboard, I know that what I am writing is mostly repetition to many of you, but it is also a great way of having proof of what we have done on these days. Whether it is boring or exciting it is our E-Diary.

Just like last night Kathy has already gone to Bed because her Knee is giving her a lot of Pain. Though I may be alone a bit longer before joining her, it allows me time to write the Blog before I need to use Toothpicks to keep my eyes open.

When Kathy came out to join me this morning, she complained that she had barely slept the entire night. That normally happens when I spend most of the night sleeping in my Recliner. Last night I spent over Seven Hours in Bed and less then a Half Hour in my Recliner. Times are a changing.

By 8:00 our temperature was already up to 37 F (3 C). Yesterday’s forecast had shown the possibility of Overnight Frost and Rain throughout the day. The pavement was already wet and the sky was filled with dark Clouds, but there was no Rain through the rest of the day. We only reached a high of 46 F (8 C) this afternoon.

When it came time for lunch, we enjoyed Homemade Italian Salads but it just seemed to be missing something in the taste. It was not until later that I realized that I had forgotten to add Shredded Cheese to the mix.

With Kathy’s Knee continuing to bother her, chances of going out for a walk soon became a dream. Rather than waste the day I started going through the Crisper Drawers in the Fridge and was surprised to see some of our Vegetables starting to look worse for wear. I spent the next Three Hours slicing and dicing everything into a Stir-Fry. Luckily, I had also defrosted Bacon that was also sliced and diced before we had supper. Making it into Bacon/Veggie Wraps, they made a satisfying meal, with Leftovers for possibly another couple of meals.

It looked like the Sun was about to make an appearance but it was only dropping below the horizon as it set for the day.

We found a “Murder Mystery” and a “Crime Documentary” to watch before Kathy went to Bed at 10:00.

Hopefully we will have more to write about tomorrow.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!
