As
I recently mentioned, when I start staring at the ceiling instead of
sleeping, I take an over the counter sleep aide called ZzzQuil.
I used to take the Liquid
form but when Kathy was having issues a couple years back, we started
with the Capsule
form because she did not like the taste of the Liquid.
The recommended Adult
Dosage
is Two
Capsules
but not knowing how powerful they were, I only gave her One
Capsule
then and continue to do the same Two
Years
later.
My time sleeping last night was split almost evenly between my Recliner and Bed, with no sleep aide involved. What did wake me in Bed, was something I have not felt in some time and it was Bad. My Right Hip woke me with nearly as much Pain as I had following the Surgery. Because of the Sleep Apnea, I tend to be a side sleeper so that is why I have so much Shoulder, Neck and Hip Pain. After taking an Extra Strength Tylenol along with a realignment in my Recliner, I was soon back in Bed for the remainder of the night. I like it when I wake holding Hands with Kathy, throughout the night or in the morning.
I was just adding water to the Kettle this morning, when I heard Kathy start making the Bed. I had not finished getting things ready when she came out to join me. We had Cereal for breakfast to help keep our intake down. I try to change things around, so we don’t get bored. As usual I simply bring our Coffees over to the Computers, so I know there will be no spillage.
There
was not a Cloud
in the sky, but looking out the Balcony
Door,
did not show the 41

temperature. Looking further into the day was not that promising, but
at least it would stay dry.
I mentioned about getting Two Census Forms to fill in. Not certain of what to do, I called the given number. Twenty Minutes later, I explained the problem but the person (not really what I would call them) insisted I go On-Line to fill in the proper form or I could be arrested. My answer was they better arrest me because they didn’t know what they were talking about.
We enjoyed Toasted Tomato and Cheese Sandwiches for lunch. We even had some Bing Cherries for dessert and they were quite tasty.
All morning our conversations were pleasant with nothing being said about LaSalle or Kathy’s family. I keep checking so that nothing will surprise me, by glancing what Kathy is doing on her Computer. Then it happened, she started asking me personal questions that she should already know. When I asked what she was doing, she said “I am making a Will so if something happens to me, they will know what to do with my stuff”. What I saw did not look legit, so I told her it was a Scam, besides we just had new Wills with all our details already made. When she went to argue, I told her those Scams would put us in debt so far, we would lose everything. She actually asked what she should do with the form she had been filling out. My answer was to Delete everything she had already filled in and then shut it down the site.
Kathy then wanted to get out but did not want to go walking. The only thing I could think of was to go out for supper. Our Denim Jackets barely kept us comfortable. The breeze was light but the fact that it was coming from the Northeast made it feel cold.
Since we have not been there recently, we went to A&W for supper. The moment we walked in the door, we started shivering. They had the Air Conditioning running. The Mozzarella Burgers were tasty, but we hurriedly went outside just to warm up.
We got home with only a few minutes to spare before the “6 o’clock Local News” started. The Weather Guesser showed that we had reached 57 F (14 C) but should have been more like 66 F (19 C) for this time of year.
With nothing of interest to watch on television, we chose a quiet evening on our Computers.
