Clean Up and More Milton.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Thinking I finally found the right combination for me to sleep, I stupidly didn’t take anything for Pain. Though it wasn’t very intense, it was just enough to have me rolling over most of the night from the discomfort.

I was up by 8:00 and hadn’t even opened the Balcony Blinds when I heard Kathy doing the same in the Bedroom. We didn’t open the Door or Window since the thermometer only read 39 F (4 C). We have not climatized ourselves to the lower temps yet.

We spent some time reading Messages, News and Blogs this morning, before I started sorting our Laundry. We have enough clothes to last over Three Weeks, but why push it. With everything ready we were in the Second Floor Laundry Room by 11:30 and were able to start our washing fairly quick, that was until one of the Washers threw an Error Code. Luckily, the building janitor was able to rescue our Clothes. When those machines start, the door locks and you can’t get them until the cycle ends.

Back at the Apartment, I added Cherry Tomatoes to a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Spinach Pizza for lunch. It really hit the spot and we still had time before we had to go back downstairs to move things to the Dryers.

Again, back at the Apartment, we got caught up on the latest News before heading back to start folding our clothes. I think Kathy got spoiled with me doing the Laundry for so many years. It’s like she is just learning to do it all over again. We were putting things away in the dressers by 3:00.

For supper I sauteed Homemade Fries, Asparagus and Honey Garlic Spare Ribs, with Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) as a refreshment and Strawberry/Rhubarb Pie for dessert. We even had the dishes finished before the News started.

The main story on the 6 o’clock Local News was the damage from Hurricane Milton to Florida. We only reached 63 F (17 C) but since we have appointments and errands tomorrow, the temp could reach 75 F (24 C).
