Once I posted our Blog last night there was no way I was going to bed without a shower after exercising yesterday. The only thing is when you add everything else that goes with it it was after 1:00 by the time I finally got to bed. That of course would mean according to habit that I would be up early but not today. Since there is a proper supply of air for me to breathe at night I was able to sleep for over Eight Hours.

That was good for my body but I had Planned on getting up early. (Yeah that didn’t work again.) Kathy was up Ten Minutes after I was. Looking outside today it was just cloudy not the Fog we saw yesterday. As soon as breakfast was over I took the time to check the Weather, Local News and E-mails while drinking back my Coffee. I then opened all the Blogs that had posted since last evening so I would check them out later.
It was hard to believe that it’s been over Two Weeks since the Laundry had been done but when you start seeing the proof in front of you it was easy. Plus we wanted to change the Bedding along with extra Towels and Blankets that was a lot.
Kathy had Sweet and Sour Pork with Vegetable Fried Rice ready for lunch by 11:30. Having found a reliable and tasty Chinese Food in the Freezer Section of the grocery store makes it easy for a quick meal.

When I got to the Laundry Room I had to wait for Machines in order to get things done but managed to be back at the Apartment just before 4:00.

Kathy had been cleaning the Apartment and Dishes but had also put fresh Sheets on the bed. She also managed to talk with our Dear Friend Vera on the phone for nearly an Hour.
Pancakes this size you only need one.
Once everything was put away I was finally able to start reading all the Blogs I’d opened earlier. It wasn’t until after we watched the 6 o’clock Local News that we thought of making supper. I had my Butter Milk Pancake while Kathy had her Pancake with Chocolate Chips in it.

There is a good chance we might even see the Sun for a while tomorrow. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. I am glad you were able to sleep for eight hours straight. I guess I will never understand why you feel you have to be up by a certain hour even when you are retired and had no plans that called for an early rise.

  4. I'm with Kathy... add those chocolate chips. Yesterday I met a friend for lunch at Dennys. Neither of us could resist their special... pumpkin pancakes with pecans. What a treat.
