It was bound to happen sooner or later but last night was my turn for not sleeping properly. It only took me minutes to fall asleep but every Hour I was turning over looking at the Clock. I would then stare at the ceiling for Ten Minutes before getting back to my regularly scheduled program.

We were up within minutes of one another so it was Cereal for breakfast with our morning beverages taken to the Computers. The Cloudless Sky was still deceiving as to what the actual temperature really was. It didn’t take very long at getting caught up on our morning reading or the rest of the morning chores.

Even though we started our day later by having Italian Wedding Soup for lunch we were able to top it off with Oranges, Cookies and Yogurt Cups for dessert we didn’t overfill ourselves.

I still needed to let lunch settle before getting my Workout started. Kathy kept busy reading about more of the things going on in the world. I managed to get Two Sets of Double Repetitions on my usual exercises plus adding a couple new ones for good measure.

We did watch Law & Order before deciding what we’d be having for supper. Working together we cooked up the food in the Microwave before enjoying our meal in two parts. The first was the piping hot Acorn Squash that we shared. The second half was the Pulled Pork from Lou’s Kitchen that after it was cooked it was pulled apart to be better served on Hamburger Buns. By doing so we still have plenty leftover for another meal or two.

There was nothing new on the 6 o’clock Local News that we didn’t already know. Moderate Temperatures this week but Cooler next week. There are a lot more Coronavirus Cases in Ontario but only a couple in our area. If you recall I mentioned how our area was the last part of the province that moved to Stage 3 Recovery. Now there are areas returning to Stage 2 because young adults seem to think they are immune and went out partying.

We cleaned the Dishes and Kitchen before returning to the Computers. We’ll see what we do tomorrow. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. You hadn't mentioned if you were able to locate your resumes and if you are still looking for employment. Thought I mention to you that Hike Metal (around the corner from us) has been looking for welders kind of forever. They do contract work for the Government, Coast Guard boats etc.

  2. The last time I went to Home Depot I noticed that Planet Fitness was open (it is located next door) had no idea the Governor had signed off on their opening. There weren't however as many people as there used to be.

That is an interesting looking acorn I do not believe I have ever eaten one.
