Trying to ease the Pain in my Neck, Back and Hip from yesterday’s fall, I did take another Extra Strength Tylenol before trying to sleep. I had forewarned Kathy that I would probably spend the night in my Recliner, and I did. The Tylenol did not completely take the Pain away, but I was determined not to overdo it, so my sleep was intermittent.
I couldn’t help it, but finally turned my Computer on at 7:30 this morning and had finished reading all the Blogs before Kathy joined me at 9:00. The problem I was having then was the Pain had returned and I needed my Cane to again move around the Apartment. Kathy barely sat down in her Recliner and fell back to sleep, because we sleep better when we sleep together. Feeling worn out from my broken sleep, I leaned back in my chair and joined her.
It was more than an Hour later when I finally woke again. Seeing the time I chose to make Brunch for our meal. Hearing the racket from the kitchen, Kathy woke up before getting herself dressed, while I put together a Bacon/Veggie Omelette. I was almost too tired to eat after that exertion.
We spent most of the day on our Computers, only walking round to stretch our muscles to ease the discomfort.
We watched the 6 o’clock Local News before sharing Macaroni and Cheese for supper, even though we still felt full from our Brunch.
We managed to clean up the Dishes before watching a few episodes of “Monk” for entertainment.
Moments
ago I was able to walk
around, without the use of my Cane.
I’ll start the night in my Recliner
and hope to finish it off in Bed
next to Kathy.

You Might Be a Redneck If
Your dog came with the house.
Good to hear that the pain has gone away and you feel better. It probably will be awhile until you are flexible again to crawl under and over your RV. All the best.
