Better Sleep and Tornadoes.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After barely spending an Hour in my Recliner last night I was happy to see that I had spent well over Seven Hours sleeping in Bed.

Minutes after getting up it was disappointing to see how wet things were outside. Of course, we didn’t hear any Thunder through the night as had been forecasted. It was another Pastry breakfast, before moving to the Computers. After seeing the forecast last night, we hadn’t made too many Plans.

We enjoyed our Grilled Cheese and Olives sandwiches for lunch.

We started noticing the Wind had increased and it was actually rattling our Balcony Door. Looking at The Weather Network we saw warnings of Strong Winds, so we turned on The Weather Channel on the television, to learn of a line of possible Tornadoes going through the Southern States.

Our friend Nick and his wife Terry live in Mississippi and the Storms seemed to be quite close to their location. Nick had mentioned in his Blog about Severe Weather Forecasts for their area, and how they had already prepared. Hopefully we’ll hear some good news tomorrow.

We started watching a few of the US News Medias, that carried more detail about those Storms. One noted that a Tornado stayed on the ground for Fifty Miles.

We enjoyed Sauteed Asparagus, Homemade Fries and Salmon Fillets for supper.

After a few more peeks at the weather, we finally found a “Murder Mystery” for entertainment.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. It looks like Windsor is getting some spring like temps and soon the landscape will turn green.

  2. Here in Alabama we had some damage in the area but nothing like has happened in the past. (I think Nick and Terry also live in Alabama. Waiting to hear when you two get on the road again.
