Even though I needed to take a Tylenol Night-Time Tablet for Body Aches and Pains before going to bed last night by the time I woke up this morning there was no more Pain. Another thing that felt good was to be able to sleep the entire night without struggling to breathe because the CPAP Machine was not doing its job. All the years I used this Older CPAP Machine I never had a problem with it. When I got up this morning I felt refreshed.

I appreciate the Comments of concern about my back strain yesterday at Walmart. After it happen it made me think of our Dear Friend Vera who in 2018 slipped on a piece of Cellophane that had fallen out of the trash in her apartment. She ended up with a Broken Ankle, a Broken Wrist and a messed up Knee that has yet to be fixed.

Our morning sky.

After doing our inside chores I again modified a Garden Salad by adding Chopped Celery, Onions and Peppers before mixing it with a Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing before topping it with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Kathy made up the dessert plate with a shared Apple, a piece of Black Forest Cake and a Yogurt Cup.

Most of the morning and afternoon were spent on the Computers until Kathy made up some Chinese Food that we bought in the Frozen Food section of the grocery store for supper. She was surprised when the sauce was not Sweet and Sour but something that had some bite to it. It was fine for me but she is not used to Spicy Foods.

We watched our 6 o’clock Local News and they talked about damage from Hurricane Sally, Fall Temperatures, the continued closure of the Canada/US International Border and New Coronavirus Cases in Canada. They mentioned Cases in our Province increasing and that if it continues they will send us back to Phase 2 Recovery.

Our suppertime weather.
Noticing a few Trees are starting to change colour.

An Hour later we watched the Joe Biden town hall meeting in Moosic, Pennsylvania. Using the CDC’s Guidelines it was set up on a school’s sports field outside similar to being at a Drive-In Theater. Even though they were outside the number of participants had been limited to protect everyone. There were Microphones set up so people could ask their questions from a distance. Joe was very articulate answering all the questions and when asked a question about the Virus actually compared how Canada was doing compared to the US.

Having watched the President’s Gatherings most are Overcrowded with people not Social Distancing and most are not wearing Masks. Then soon after there are reported outbreaks among those participants because no one is following CDC Guidelines.

Tomorrow is a busier day. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. There has been a serious outbreak at the high school in the nearby town out my way. Our township has sent a directive to tighten our contacts. We aren't going back to Level 2 - yet.

  2. Glad you are no longer in pain and that you had a restful night's sleep.

I enjoy the way you modify your salads making them look very appealing.

I too watched the Town Hall hosted by CNN and Anderson Cooper and picked up on the fact that he quoted the Canadian death toll which in comparison to ours is minuscule.

Kudos to his campaign for following all the CDC guidelines and keeping his followers safe.

  3. Politics and the weather sure can keep a conversation going, doesn't it? I agree with Kathy about spicy foods, not so much my thing as it takes away from the flavour of the actual dish. Salads I could always eat, lunch and dinner ;-)

  4. Glad to hear you have not had (yet) any bad effects from the Walmart episode. Thank you for writing about your days and, of course, your photos....
