After having a few restless nights sleep last night we both managed to get to bed early. We had such a restful night’s sleep we both slept until 9:00 this morning.

After attempting to get caught up on my Blog Reading I did some research on getting another Shelf for the Bookcase at Home Depot. Imagine my surprise when I found that an Eight Foot Shelf cost less then the Shelf I had purchased yesterday and I still needed another.
Kathy cooked up our Leftover Chicken Parmesan from East Side Mario for lunch. A few minutes in the Microwave and we were enjoying it for our meal. She also topped it off with a Date Square for dessert.
I had planned on going to to the Gym but lunch was sitting so heavy I would have gotten sick trying to do so. Rather then wasting time at the Apartment after we cleaned up the Dishes we headed out the door this time with a List in hand so we wouldn’t forget anything like yesterday.
The first place we went was Home Depot where we purchased the Eight Foot Shelf for $13.00 then returned the Three Foot Shelf we purchased yesterday and received a refund of $22.00. Both Shelves are located in different sections of the store so it’s easy to pay more then what you should.

The next stop was Pioneer gas station to top up the Car so that if Kathy needs to go anywhere this week she won’t have to worry about it.
Finally we stopped at Dollarama where we picked up the Felt Liners we forgot to get yesterday. They will make moving the Bookcase on the Laminate Floor much easier.

Since our afternoon temperature reached 48 F (9 C) (It was warmer further North of us) when we got back to the Apartment we parked the Car in the lot together. That allowed Kathy to unlock the building doors while I brought the Eight Foot Shelf in careful not to scratch it.

Inside the Apartment after extra measuring and marking I added an additional Twelve Holes in order to support the extra Shelves without penetrating the outside of the Bookcase.
It was past 5:30 by that time so Kathy heated up a couple of Meat Tourtieres. This is one of those frozen prepared foods that we have tried before and keep it on hand for a quick meal. Kathy even tried her’s with Salsa this time which put it over the top for taste. For dessert we had a couple of Cookies and a Yogurt Cup.

We were still eating supper when the 6 o’clock Local News started so after it was done we watched the movie “White House Down” along with “Hacksaw Ridge” Both were action movies but one was based on a True Story.

Hopefully the Television/Entertainment Stand (Bookcase) will be completed tomorrow and I really need to go to the Gym. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

Spring makes its own statement, so loud and clear that the gardener seems to be only one of the instruments, not the composer.

  3. Love it when you can find a better deal. With my memory, lists are my friend.

  4. Hacksaw Ridge is such a very moving story. There were scenes where I could not look, it was that realistic. We seldom go to the movies but when this one came out I knew we had to see it.

  5. An eight foot shelf can hold a lot of books and so much more. Looking forward for some pictures of the project.
