Repackaging and Researching.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

There was a little back and forth between my Recliner and Bed last night, but in the end I slept soundly enough to have a good day.

I was bad last night, convincing Kathy that the few dirty dishes in the sink could wait until this morning. Getting up at 8:00 this morning, was the perfect time to take care of that chore. I was down to the last Frying Pan when Kathy came out to join me.

After having our breakfast snack, we headed to our Computers in an attempt to find out what kind of day it was going to be. Kathy kept finding a Weather Watch that was predicting a Severe Storm, making her think the end was near. I looked at my most reliable, The Weather Network and discounted most of the other competitors. It was possible that our daughter Karen’s house, that is in disarray from the last storms could get hit again, but according to the Radar, it was all going to our Northeast with the help of 35 MPH Wind Gusts.

After our regular morning reading, I was going to research a number of things that would eventually make their way onto our Blog. Unfortunately, I needed to finish repackaging the Salmon and Hamburger we just purchased yesterday. That also meant rearranging the Freezer Drawers, by separating the Fish, Meat and Chicken to each their own drawer. That also allowed me to place the newest arrivals at the bottom and the older dated at the top.

By noon the 91 F (33 C) temperature was feeling like 111F (45 C). Wanting to get started on the Research, we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Pizza for lunch. This would be last of those Pizzas that were not covered with Pineapple but Hot Peppers. Even though I tried to get all the Peppers off of Kathy’s portion, I missed a few.

Kathy would continue getting misinformation about the Storm while I continued with my research through the afternoon.

Around 4:30 I started grilling some cubed Chicken Breast. Tonight’s Chicken Veggie Wraps were as tasty as the Bacon/Veggie Wraps we had last night, but with a twist, a touch of Ranch Dressing.

With no Local News on the weekends, we watched a Murder Mystery to keep us entertained.

With no Rain, no Smoke and cooler temperatures in the forecast for tomorrow, we’ll be getting out so we don’t feel like prisoners in our Apartment.
