Sorough Texted and More Detours.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

It’s strange that even though the daytime temperatures are lower in recent days, our nighttime temperatures seem to have risen. That’s why I’m getting up at 3:00 in the morning to turn on the Air Conditioner. The fact that because we had overnight Thunderstorms and we had our Windows, closed might have added to the problem.

I had everything ready to quickly serve breakfast, before I sat down at my Computer this morning. I accomplished a number of things before going in the bedroom, to slowly wake Kathy by opening the Bedroom Blind. She does not like to oversleep and when she has a restless night (not always my fault), because she sleeps later in the morning.

At breakfast we talked about going for groceries later, but we had other things to do first.

As soon as we got back to the Computers, I was calling Health First Pharmacy to order Kathy’s Arthritic Medication and was told it would be ready in an Hour.

After not being on my Computer much yesterday because the Norton Tech was working on it, it barely took Seconds to open programs today.

I got a Text from Sorough this morning complaining about not understanding the Math he has to learn at the College. I simply replied, “Keep your eye on the prize.” That was what I used to tell him, while teaching him how to run the PTA at Windsor Feedscrew. I haven’t heard back from him yet.

I heavily modified a Medium Store-Bought Thin-Crust Spinach Pizza, for lunch by adding Sliced Cherry Tomatoes, Pineapple and Olive Slices. It was a Sweet and Salty taste that made it different then most we’ve tried. There was no talk of dessert when we finished.

I spent time getting cleaned up before we headed out after 3:00. We only made it to the first traffic light and had to Detour, for a big hole in the middle of the road that wasn’t there last week.

Our first stop was Health First Pharmacy for Kathy’s medication before we headed to Guardian Storage for our Mail. Since it was past 4:00 by then, we went to Wendy’s where we used a Coupon for a very tasty supper.

With Two more stops to go, we were a little concerned about the Weather. It was only 72 F (22 C) but the sky started getting dark. We chanced going to Dollarama then Zehr’s grocery store to get everything on our Shopping List. I wasn’t as reliant on the shopping carts as Wheeled Walkers today.

Along with our Two Wheeled Folding Shopping Cart being laden, we both carried additional Shopping Bags to get everything from the Car to the Apartment. Though we turned on the 6 o’clock Local News we were busy getting the Frozen Foods in the Freezer first. By the time we had everything put away, we saw the Final Forecast before they signed off.

Only Two more days left in this week and there’s plenty to do.

Be Safe and Enjoy!
