Separately Busy.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Even after taking extra care to get a proper night’s sleep, it wasn’t without a few glitches. Since we also needed to be at our daughter’s home by 10:00, I took the extra precaution of setting the Alarm. Of course, when your sleep is disturbed during the night, it’s natural to sleep deeper in the morning.

Looking out the Balcony Door it had a resemblance of yesterday’s weather. After a breakfast snack we were headed for the door. I had Kathy wait at the rear entrance and brought the Car around. (I had more time to dry than she did.)

Kathy was at Karen’s house in Tecumseh with time to spare. She was there for a Girls Day Out, so I had time on my hands.

It has been way too long since I have gone to Planet Fitness, because Kathy always thinks that I will hurt myself by exercising, but it’s acutely the opposite. Richard my Chiropractor and the former Surgeon both told me I have to keep moving. All the Centurions that are interviewed as to what they credited their Longevity to, they all said keeping physically busy was the answer.

I only managed Ten Minutes on the Recumbent Cycle before my Hip/Leg said I’d reached my limit. I then spent the next Forty-Five Minutes using the Resistance Machines at low settings, before I started having Muscle Spasms. Not wanting to overdo it the first time out, I headed for the Car, where I sat until regaining my balance for a bit.

There was a light drizzle falling so I headed to Wendy’s where I used a Coupon for lunch. While I was eating the Rain got so intense it looked like twilight outside. Even the employees were looking out the windows, wondering what was happening. I just ate gradually and by the time I finished eating, the Rain had stopped, the Clouds were breaking up.

When I got home, I was busy catching up on my Blog Reading. It was nearly 4:00 when Kathy walked in the door.

Our daughter Karen and daughter-in-law Melisa, along with Kathy went out to a local greenhouse called Colasanti’s. Being a weekend there were lots of families with children. Not only do they sell a huge selection of Plants and Planters, they also have a small indoor amusement area to entertain children, while the parents shop. They also have a selection of dining to feed the weary. This was also a way to have an early Birthday Celebration for Kathy’s big day tomorrow. Thank You both for giving her a day to remember.

It was past 7:00 when we finally shared a Medium Store-Bought Thin-Crust Pizza for supper.

We finished the evening watching a Harry Potter spin-off called Incredible Beasts.
