No Crew Today and Sorough Called Again.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Though I felt well rested, Kathy said I kept her awake most of the night. Not my Plan, but I would not doubt her word.

Looking out our Balcony Door this morning, there was no change to yesterday’s work site, nor did any of the Enwin Power Company workers return. That means they either accomplished what was needed and will clean up on Monday, or they’ll continue the job on Monday.

After all the Rain we’ve gotten and not seeing the Sun for the last couple of days, it was a blessing to not see a single Cloud in the sky. Today we had moderate Wind coming from the Southwest, strong enough to rattle our Eighth Floor Balcony Railing.

Since the End-Table we ordered last Saturday is perfect for what we wanted, we ordered a second one today for the other chairs. Wonder if, like last week, it will arrive on Monday again?

Lately we’ve been having trouble finding things in our Pantry Drawers in the kitchen. After lunch I sat on our small travel chair (perfect height), and completely emptied the Drawers, before again organizing them. We can now easily see what we need to buy and what we are well stocked with.

After I spoke to Sorough yesterday, he took my advice and started researching classes at St. Clair College. He called me again today explaining his options and asking my thoughts, all while I was trying to cook supper. I only pointed out the advantages of each option, but left the choice all to him. He’ll call me back after he gets signed up.

We should have comfortable temperatures tomorrow, but there’s a good chance we could have Thunderstorms in the afternoon, because of the drastic temperature change.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. Sounds like Mile may be in for a hard time finding folks to work for him. Hope Soroughs finds a soft landing somewhere. Know how it is to try and work for folks who have no clue how to manage their people. A compliment or a well done goes a long ways sometimes.
