Limited Time and Multiple Locations.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Without even trying, we both managed to have a good night’s sleep. I had everything ready to quickly serve breakfast and was reading Blogs before Kathy joined me.

Looking out our Balcony Door there were moments that the Sun was brilliantly breaking through the Clouds, but later started looking like a Winter Storm was coming at us. With a bunch of errands to run, we focused on our reading until it was nearly noon.

Not wanting to have a repeat like Monday, we headed to Guardian Storage to collect our Mail. Luckily there were no other Cheques, so when we went to Motor City Community Credit Union, there was only one to deposit to make.

With both our stomachs starting to scream we headed to Arby’s. They have Fish Sandwiches on sale for “A Limited Time Offer” that puts the rest of the Fast Food outlets to shame. Last year it was gone after only Two Samplings. When it came back this March, we’ve enjoyed it a few times, but were told today it would be gone soon.

Walking from the building to our Car, both our coats were White.

We stopped at Staples with Kathy’s New Laptop. Yesterday minutes after Kathy went to get her purse, the Screen went black and no matter what I tried there was no bring it back to life. When the Technician heard that he simply smiled, hit a few keys and showed it was updating. (For Twenty Hours?) He did help us change the Twelve Digit Factory Password to something Kathy can easily handle.

Kathy’s Hearing Aids have been echoing lately, so we went to Hearing Life in Tecumseh where within minutes they had them working as good as new.

Being in the neighbourhood we went to find out why our new Accountant had not called about our Tax Returns being ready. When our accountants closed up shop, they recommended this company to us. There was only One car in the lot when we arrived and when we checked, it wasn’t the Accountant’s.

We waited until we were home, to bring up the Company’s Commercial Name On-Line to find they have Multiple Locations, but they are not all staffed at the same time. After speaking to Noah, he assured me our returns will be ready for us on Tuesday. We think we might give Turbo Tax a try. (Any Feedback?)

We enjoyed our Bacon/Veggie Wraps for supper, while watching the 6 o’clock Local News. While our area is in the path of Monday’s Solar Eclipse, it’s looking like a Big Storm might block our view. All the Mixed Precipitation that hit our area today, has gone down the drain.

We finished our evening by watching a couple of Murder Mysteries.

  1. Doug has done our taxes with TurboTax for many years. He also does my Mom's. He says it's very simple to use and highly recommends it. Can't beat the price, $35 at Costco and nearly the same at Staples. Thumbs up from him!

  2. We used to love Arby's when we ate fast food! Their roast beef sandwiches with horsey sauce was the best! Enjoy the weekend! :)

  3. I've used Turbo Tax for years. What I really like is all our identification information is automatically entered the next year. Sometimes we get lucky. Two weeks ago a virus popped up on my computer. I could not remove it. Then rvers arrived to park at one of our sites. The wife mentioned the husband was an IT guy. So..... he came in, hit CTRL W. Poof, away it went.
