Since I didn’t make it to the Exercise Room the last Two Days I needed to take an Extra Strength Tylenol for the pain in my shoulders before going to bed. The Tylenol not only eased the discomfort but it also helped me to have a deeper sleep. It was past 7:30 when I opened my eyes this morning.

Kathy had also taken a Tylenol Sinus to help her breath better. She came downstairs nearly an Hour later. We had toast this morning which is quite a change from my week day breakfast. We also enjoyed our Coffees at the Computers just like old times.
As soon as I had my inside chores completed I went out to empty our Waste Tanks. Mike commented that he’d seen that he was a celebrity on our Blog. I said he was just being a Caring Grandfather. We both had a chuckle.

With the Tanks out of the way I headed to the Park Trash and Recycle Area. With this being a long Civic Weekend there was more the ample Recycle that needed to be picked up. Most of the Bins were filled with empty Water Bottles that nobody bothered to crush.

It was already feeling like 97 F (36 C) so I headed over to the Park Exercise Room. There’s a sign that tells everyone to “Close the Windows” whenever they leave. This is the Third Time that I have found all the Windows closed and the Door is wide open. Even though my time was short by the time I got back Home I was feeling much better.
Kathy had made Split Pea with Ham Soup for lunch and we shared a Pear for dessert.

Kathy needed to work on her Bookkeeping. She always verifies Statements the with our Receipts so she needs to spread out. This is where she has found things charge to us before that we didn’t do and lots of people don’t keep their Receipts for proof.

I spent time outside packing my Tools and adjusting my Welding Shield. I needed to install what is referred to as a Cheater Lens. When we had our Cataract Surgery done last year the implanted lenses made us just slightly Far Sighted so when it comes to reading we need to wear Reading Glasses. When TIG Welding you are much closer to the Arc then any other because it is Fine or Delicate work that you are doing. By installing the Cheater in the Welding Shield I can continue to wear my Safety Glasses underneath.

I had some Safety Instructions to read and Kathy had some Receipts for me to document. She keeps track of them as Expenditures where I keep track of the expenses for the Car, the Truck and the Trailer as a Maintenance Record for each.
For supper Kathy was busy sauteing Sliced Potatoes and Onions while boiling some Brussels Sprout for sides. I was outside grilling some Chicken Kabobs to go with them. Everything turned out perfect. We even had Chocolate Pudding Cups for dessert.

We had a quiet evening getting things ready for the start of another Work Week. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

Words of Inspiration

I love to be alone. I never found the companion that was so companionable as solitude.

  1. I seem to get much better sleep if I take Advil before bed, even if I'm not sore and achey.

  2. I keep all receipts for one year. Just in case. We once had a wait person add $10.00 to the bill. We had left the tip on the table. She didn't get away with it for sure.

  3. Sounds like things are going your way for a change. That is good for sure. When I miss a day of my light exercise, it really shows up the next morning in the creaks and groans.

  4. Sounds like you enjoyed your holiday and once again were able to spend a full day with Kathy.

You guys keep good records and are very detail oriented. May I ask what software you use?
