Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.
Even with the use of Celestial Sleepy-time Tea last night neither of us slept too well. It seems
that we are both a little dragged out from everything we’ve been doing as well
as this unpredictable weather. The one thing we didn’t do was to sleep late
again this morning.
Even though it didn’t rain today the temperature only made
it to 64 F (18 C) but with the gusting north winds it felt much colder than it
actually was. After our usual morning routine Kathy set herself up in the
kitchen in the mood to cook and ended up making not only a delicious lunch and
supper for today but there is still enough for more meals of both.
I set up the folding table in the living room and continued
the sorting of hardware that I carry in the truck. The old container had
allowed water to seep in and rusted quite a few fasteners sending them to an
early meeting of the recycler. I was much more thorough in my sorting by size
this time as well as sorting through the hardware that was also carried in the
trailer. By this evening there is still more to sort but it only has to be
ready for when we leave in nine more days. We have many more things to accomplish
before than as well. We’ll be heading to our son Kevin’s home after lunch
tomorrow so I can use the table saw and rebuild the shelf for our trailer.
Kathy and I would like to welcome our latest blog follower Yaya
at A Southern Sunset blog. I’ve tried numerous times to find more information
to pass along to our other readers but when I do our followers list keeps
disappearing. Once we get the problem rectified we’ll give a Shout Out so more
people can follow her blog. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a
comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
It’s about time.
