Three In A Row and Restocked.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Even though I was hoping to get an early start this morning, I never set the alarm. After waking at the exact same time, Two Days in a row, I was hoping for something close. Instead of waking up close, I woke up at exactly 7:38 for the Third morning in row.

The reason for the early start was to slice up the last of the Vegetables still in the Fridge and make them into a Stir-Fry. I was just starting to slice the last of the Bacon when Kathy came out to join me around 8:30. The only thing she could do was check things on her Computer, but by 9:00 we were sharing a Mozzarella/Bacon/Veggie Omelette. There were plenty of Dishes to wash afterwards.

Not wanting to have Stir-Fry for a second time in a day, we headed out at 1:30. We had multiple errands to run, but the first things first. Breakfast had long passed so we stopped at McDonald's for a late lunch. We were lucky enough to have Coupons to use, but it was still more expensive than at Wendy's.

From there we headed to Guardian Storage to collect our Mail that we didn't do last Saturday. This will be the last time this will happen, because the Postal Workers are again "On Strike" again. Just last December they were forced back to work by the Courts. Maybe this time, things will get straightened around properly.

Our next stop was at the Credit Union to make payments on our cards and to deposit another Government Cheque sent last week.

With little left to eat in the Fridge or Freezer it was time to do some shopping. Our first stop was at Dollarama where we replenished our Breakfast Juice and Brisk Iced Tea drinks. Kathy also stocked upon Cough Drops.

Next we headed to the Zehr's grocery store where we restocked Produce, Dairy, Meats and Frozen Foods.

It all fit in the Car, but after parking back home, we needed to use our Folding Two Wheeled Shopping Cart to haul it up to the Apartment. The problem was that today we had 86 F (30 C) Humidex that was causing us problems. After getting the Groceries put away, I had to make a trip back down to the Car, to bring a second load up. It was past 5:30 when we finally had a chance to have a break.

It was after 7:00 when we enjoyed Macaroni and Cheese for a late supper.

Later we watched a few episodes of "Forensic Files" before watching the "11:10 Local News". It seems that the carriers think that Football is more important than our Local News, that included a mass shooting in Michigan.

We'll be busy again tomorrow.

Why do you never see elephants hiding in trees?
