Lately I've been mentioning how my sleep has been so unpredictable. The last few evenings, I've been falling asleep at my Computer, only to be wide awake when I'd come to. That meant that I still needed to start over, sleeping in my Recliner before going to Bed. Again last night the moment I published the Blog, my eyes closed while my hands were still on the Keyboard. Last night when I would finally woke, I felt like I could go directly to Bed, so that's what I did. I woke to the Sunlight shining around the Window Blinds edges, over Seven Hours Later.

Kathy woke as soon as I got out of Bed this morning. Even though I was feeling well rested, I lacked balance though it was not a Vertigo issue. The feeling slowly passed. Since it was too late for breakfast, we shared a Bacon/Veggie Omelette for Brunch. That would hold us until a 6:00 Macaroni and Cheese supper.

After watching a few episodes of "Forensic Files", we watched the "11 o'clock Local News". Since we reached a Humidex of 93 F (34 C) today, we are glad we stayed in. We will be offically moving to Fall on Sunday, it's only fitting that we start seeing more Rain and cooler temperatures heading our way.

I'm hoping to get to Bed before falling asleep this evening, because we have a busy day tomorrow.
