Taking Sides and On The Radar.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Going to sleep last night started out in my Recliner, but when I went to Bed, it was a little tricky. I've mentioned how Kathy sleeps better knowing that I am in Bed with her. Though she is asleep, subconsciously she uses her hands and pokes my side of the Bed throughout the night, sometimes waking me but that is okay. Lately it seems that she is trying to be closer, as we've been holding hands through the night. Since we are both use CPAP Machines to sleep at night that are set at different pressures, we are limited by the length of our Hoses how far we can lay on the Bed. Last night I had just enough space to lay on my left side, on the edge of the Bed, because Kathy had worked herself taking most of my side. The only saving grace was that she then embraced me which stopped me from falling off the edge. Eventually she rolled over, giving me back my side of the Bed. We both woke feeling well rested.

After checking The Weather Network Radar and knowing we needed to run an errand, as soon as Kathy joined me, I said we were eating out. We took our morning medications, got dressed and were out the door before 10:00.

Still having Coupons, we stopped at Wendy's for breakfast. It hit the spot, but we brought most of our Coffees with us, because we didn't have time to dawdle.

Our next stop was the Bulk Barn, to take advantage of their Senior's Discount Day. Since only one Coupon per purchase is allowed, like last month, we each made our own purchase of Health Snacks. We had more Coupons that would expire at the end of the month, so after putting that in the Car, we returned to do the same thing for a second time. Not only will all this last us for Four Weeks, but it saved us over Thirty Dollars.

Back at the Car for second time, it was starting to drizzle, so we headed straight for home. I dropped Kathy at the front entrance, before parking and hightailing it inside. By the time I got inside the Apartment, the Rain was coming down so hard, you could barely see the vehicles in the parking lot. It was exactly the time, the Radar had shown it would Rain and we were still dry. The Sun came out around 4:00 this afternoon to start drying things up.

Not being overly active, it was past 6:30 before we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Pizza for supper.

We later watched "The Rookie", "Criminal Minds" before the "11 o'clock Local News". The heavy Rain we had today, was nothing compared to what the Harrow and Colchester areas were hit with. There were flooded Basements and Roads.

There are more errands to run, but we'll wait until I check the Radar, to see when we take care of that.
