Tex-Mex, Vic and Black Widow.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After a not so restful night, I still managed to be up by 7:38 this morning and I felt rested. That is Wierd! When I get lots of sleep I feel tired the entire day, but when I have trouble sleeping, I have energy to spare. ???

I'd read all the Correspondences, News and Blogs we follow, before starting to cook breakfast. As soon as the French Toast hit the Frying Pan, I opened the Bedroom Blinds, pulled the Bedsheets down and told Kathy breakfast was ready. By the time she sat down, I was putting her plate in front of her. As soon as mine were in the Frying Pan, I was serving our Breakfast Juice and Coffees. I think I'm getting better at this cooking. This helped to use up the partial loaf of Bread, meaning we still have another one to go.

Stupid Computer was giving me a hard time, so I checked my Facebook Account that I haven't looked at in a Month. The only thing that surprised me, was to see Vic the Inspector I worked with at Windsor Feedscrew, had gotten married on January 1st of this year. It was only posted Yesterday.

Still trying to clean up the Fridge, I came across the Chicken Tex Mex that our daughter Karen and son-in-law Greg had brought over on Sunday evening. It may sound like we eat a lot, but we don't. The fact that our Fridge keeps everything very cold, also helps to make it last longer. Even after lunch today, there are still Leftovers for another meal.

I had thought about working on our Truck today, but when I told Kathy that the outside Humdex was 88 F (31 C), she wanted nothing to do with it. We are expecting Sunny skies for the rest of the week, but due to the shorter days, the temperatures will be much more tollerable.

I've mentioned monitoring the Weather quite often. It's probably a Canadian Thing. One of the things that many people don't watch is the time between Sunrise and Sunet. This Summer our longest day was Fifteen Hours and Sixteen Minutes. Last Winter, our shortest day was only Nine Hours and Eleven Minutes. That's a Six Hour and Six Minutes difference. We are halfway there, with today only having Eleven Hours and Fifty-Six Minutes between Sunrise and Sunset.

For supper we enjoyed a Store-Bought Lasagna that had been in the Freezer. We try different frozen foods, so if we are in hurry for a Meal and it taste decent, then we might stock it again. It was tasty but since I did not have the Cooking Instructions, it was only warm, not burning Hot. I've mentioned before how we recycle the Packaging, in order to save space in our Freezer.

We watched the movie "Black Widow" this evening. It was supposed to be part of the Marvel Comic theme, which was hard to see, but after the first Ten Minutes it was almost non-stop action.

I believe that we'll be out tomorrow, but I'm not certain if it will be for grocries.
