Adjustments and Depression.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

I managed to spend an Hour and a Half sleeping in Bed last night, before spending the rest of the night in my Recliner. I’ll make some adjustments, that will hopefully have me spending the entire night sleeping in Bed soon. I think there’s still some changes to be made with the New Pillow.

Though I was in my Chair when I woke, it was only about Ten Minutes before Kathy joined me. Since she’s not big on breakfast lately so we settled on Yogurt Cups and Cookies to start the day. With the outside temperature below the Freezing Mark, we enjoyed our Coffees at our Computers. There was plenty of reading to catch up on.

Trying to be sure that nothing goes bad before we can eat it, I finally got around to cleaning up the Strawberries and getting them back in the Fridge.

We each had an extra Perogie with Sour Cream and Shredded Cheddar Cheese for lunch. By having the Extra helped clean the package from the Freezer.

I cheated a little when it came to making a Refund Form to my Health Care Insurance (GSC) for the cost of the Pillow. First I put the Receipt, them the Prescription and finally my Insurance ID on our Scanner before making Two Copies. Next I stapled the Receipt and Prescription over their images, because the Insurer always wants Originals. Finally I wrote our Mailing Address and Phone Numbers, then signing it as a way of validating that it was actually me.

I retried the Pants that I thought were too snug, but Kathy said they were fine and once I get back to the Gym, they’ll be loose.

It reached 54 F (12 C) this afternoon and even though we have our Thermostats turned off, we had to open the Balcony Door and Bedroom Window to cool down the Apartment.

Supper was open faced Manwiches as a way of using some Bread before it goes stale and the package of Ground Beef that had been in the Freezer the longest. It wasn’t overfilling, just right.

The 6 o’clock Local News showed we could see more ups and downs to our temperatures, but even the downs, are above seasonal for this time of year.

The big story continues to be the Tariff Wars, and Economists from around the globe are starting to forecast a Global Depression.

We later watchedMatloch”, “Law and Order” and “The Pittfor entertainment.

We had Planned on doing things today, as as per usual they didn’t happen, so no more Planning. Tomorrow we’ll try to do things that might fill our Day.
