Changing Weather, Good Workout and More Numbers.

Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

Getting up shortly after 7:00 on a near regular basis lately isn’t bad if you need to accomplish anything. Maybe it might have something to do with the fact that I sleep closest the Bedroom Window and lately the Sun starts seeping past the Blinds.

Looking out the Balcony Door showed a clear sky. With everything ready to quickly make breakfast I was able to start my morning reading on my Computer.

When Kathy got up she expressed having a very restful night’s sleep. Before we sat down at the Computers the sky was starting to fill with Clouds.

There were a number of Job Ads for me to look over this morning but none that were not steady Midnights, Afternoons or well out of the county. I figure at this stage I can be a little selective.

For lunch we had a Garden Salad then topped it off with Raspberries, Yogurt Cups and Rice Crispy Squares for dessert.

Returning to the Computers to let our meals settle there was actually a Job for me to apply for. It’s the Same Job that I’ve already applied for Ten Times since the end of November. Now make that Eleven.

While Kathy started reading one of her books later in the afternoon I set about exercising. The more I stick to a routine of working out every other day the sooner I’ll get back to the more serious workouts that I used to do in the past. I managed to do Two Full Sets along with a few extra moves.

For the second day in a row we had a Medium Sized Store Bought Thin Crust Pizza for supper with a glass of Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) for a beverage.

On the 6 o’clock Local News we were told there was 1 New Coronavirus Deaths in the Windsor/Essex Region bringing the Total Deaths to 413. There were also 42 New Coronavirus Cases bringing the Total Active Cases to 471.
Our High Temperature was 61 F (16 C) around 1:00 this afternoon before the light Rain caused it to start cooling down. We have a few more days before we start seeing consistent Seasonal Temperatures.

We watched a couple of Murder Mystery programs this evening.

  1. In my case, I can not use the excuse of the light coming in through the window blinds as I have blackout curtains in my bedroom and I still wake up before dawn.

    Your meals look very tasty.

  2. I'm up 6-630am every. single. day. Regardless of when I go to bed. Although I did sleep to 7am about 4 days ago... a lot of fresh air and working in the garden.

  3. Is there anyway that you can turn the blinds the other way so that sun does not come through? Nice to see you getting back into a fitness routine.
