Hot Weather and Shopping.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Again the both of us had a very restful night’s sleep. As a fact it was so restful we slept well past 8:00 this morning. Having coffee and toast with peanut butter for breakfast we watched the Weather Channel as they predicted the temperature to feel well above the century mark.
Sunrise on the Suwannee River.
Kathy headed to her computer while I sorted the laundry in preparation of doing the wash. Once I was on my way Kathy began doing the dusting and vacuuming. By the time I had everything into the dryers I headed upstairs to have lunch. Even though Kathy wasn’t quite finished the vacuuming she was in the process of finishing making homemade Tomato and Cheese soup. It tasted every bit as good as it looked. We talked for a while longer until it was time for me to go down to fold the dry clothes.
Clouds out in the Gulf of Mexico.
Once everything was put away Kathy called an RV park in Florida to make the final reservation that we’ll need on our trip down south next winter. We continued to read and play on the computers for a short while. Playing on the computers to me is trying to find out why I could not post the blog from this computer last night. I even tried adding pictures to that post this afternoon with no luck. Since both our earlier meals had been light we had our supper at 4:00 because we were starting to feel hungry and we wanted to go to the grocery store.
The Saying of not shopping when you’re hungry is very true and another thing to help you to not over spend is to shop with a list. Kathy and I both hate to waste food and if you let food spoil and have to throw it away that is being wasteful. Before we leave to go grocery shopping Kathy looks at what food we have in the pantry and the fridge and then makes the shopping list. Now at the store if we see something at the store that interests us but it is not on the list we more than likely have it back home and if we got more it would probably go bad and we’d be throwing our money away that we could be using to travel with. I also made sure that I dropped Kathy as close to the door at the store and at home because of the high heat values that make it difficult for her to breathe.
Back at the apartment the Weather Channel is predicting severe Thunderstorms overnight for our area but not as severe as the storms that caused flooding throughout the Toronto district yesterday. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

Again I can't post the blog from my PC.
The pictures our from this winter in
Florida because they are on my
Laptop.
Krackers

What's the difference between a well-dressed man and a tired dog?

One wears a suit, and the other just pants.
