Due to yesterday’s lack of sleep, it did not matter if I was tipped back in my Recliner or laying in Bed, I was asleep. The only thing that woke me was the Pain in my Neck and Shoulders or any movement from Kathy’s side of the Bed. Just my Bed time alone was better than what I had on Tuesday night combined. My body needed extra recovery, so I slept later than expected.

I had just started getting things ready for breakfast when Kathy got up to start making the Bed. We both enjoyed our breakfast snack, before taking our Coffees to the Computers.

If you recall that I picked up Medication prescribed by the Pain Care Clinic, that needs to be injected. They called to set up the appointment for the procedure. I will be seeing them on the Thursday next week but will have to return early Saturday morning. This injection goes directly into the joint, so it is guided with the use of an Ultrasound. They recommend having someone drive me home, but I drove myself when I had a Cortisone Injection over a year ago.

I managed to create our Homemade Italian Salads for lunch. Since we did not eat supper last night, it caused our appetites to shrink, and Kathy could only eat half of her Salad.

Today was a repeat of yesterday’s all-day Rain, which kept the temperature down to 63 F (17 C). Unfortunately, with cold temperatures forecasted close to the Freezing Mark through the weekend, the building Heat is set to being on the Beach through the Summer, forcing us to open the Balcony Door as a way to stop sweating.

Our friend Nick Russell has released another book called “The Debt Collector” if you want to order it on Amazon, you will have to be careful, because there are Four Books by the same name by Four Different Authors listed.

It was past 5:00 when Kathy started checking what she could eat. When I told her I could make supper she settled down. We enjoyed Sweet and Sour Pork with Veggie Rice as a side.

On the “6 o’clock Local News” they showed the damage caused by the F1 Tornadoes that swept through Michigan. Our alarms went off because we live so close to the International Border. The also showed how there is Flooding taking place in Ontario. That sounds like a typical Spring to me.

We were watching the News, when our daughter Karen called to see how we were doing.

We watched “Law and Order, Special Victims” and “The Pitt” for entertainment.

It was important to catch up on my rest today, so tomorrow I will be catching up on errands.
