Reverse Psychology, Errands and No Television.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Last night I thought I would try a bit of Reverse Psychology by going to Bed first thing. Unfortunately, it worked so well that not even an Hour later the Pain in my Neck and Shoulders was so intense, that I headed to my Recliner for relief. That was where I woke this morning, when I heard Kathy leave the Bedroom, then saw her stand there looking at me. It was time to start my day.

By the time Kathy had made the Bed, I was already in the process of cooking breakfast. With Three Frying Pans going, it still took a Half Hour before we were eating our Veggie/Ham Omelette. Even though I continually make adjustments trying to make them smaller, it was too much for Kathy to eat her share.

While we were eating, Kathy mentioned that she kept patting my side of the Bed last night, noting that I was not there. She sleeps better, just knowing that I am in bed next to her. I prefer sleeping in Bed as well, because I get a better-quality sleep just like Kathy. It is my Body Pains that have me leaving for the comfort of my Recliner. That position seems to realign my Joints.

It had Rained most of the night and continued through the morning. It stopped around 2:00 and the temperature had risen to 64 F (18 C) so we headed out to do those errands that were not done yesterday.

Our first stop was to Guardian Storage to collect our Mail. Surprisingly, our Mailbox was full.

Next, we were heading for Dollarama, when Kathy suggested we stop for lunch since it was past 3:00 and we had eaten Six Hours earlier. We swung into Arby’s where their Gyros were on special for $7.00 and they do not scrimp on the Meat. They say don’t go shopping on an empty stomach, I say don’t go on a full one. Just like exercising.

We picked up our supplies at Dollarama, before going to Zehr’s grocery store. Though we kept our spending down, we still needed to use our Folding Two Wheel Shopping Cart to bring our purchases up to the Apartment.

The moment we stepped inside, we started to sweat again. No matter how often we complain, the Toronto Office continues to raise our Heat. Kathy immediately opened the Balcony Door and Bedroom Window to cool things down.

It was close to 9:00 when we enjoyed cup of Tea with a couple of Cookies for a snack. We never turned on the Television today.

Not sure what we will be doing tomorrow.
