I woke up feeling quite refreshed this morning after spending nearly Seven Hours in Bed alone.
Not only had I gotten things partially ready for breakfast by the time Kathy joined me, but I had also checked “The Weather Network”, both my E-Mail addresses, the “Windsor Star” and was starting to check out today’s Blogs we follow.
Breakfast was simply a Blueberry Muffin with a Yogurt Cup while our Coffees were taken to our Computers. It was there that I started reviewing the ingredients that I put in last night’s Stir Fry. I realized that I had forgotten to add the Cauliflower. Trying to think, what we could have for lunch, I prepped the Cauliflower in the Wok, then added last night’s Leftover Stir Fry. Next I sliced a piece of Ham into small cubes before grilling them as well. Everything was ready on time to share our Ham/Veggie Omelette with Kathy, for a late lunch.

took the time to order additional Cognitive
Supplements
for
Kathy. They should arrive tomorrow morning. I also added more
delivery instructions, demanding the products be delivered inside,
not leaned against the Storage
Yard Fence,
like the last couple of times.
The morning temperature 46 F (8 C) with a slight breeze coming from the South. This afternoon it reached 79 F Feeling like 86 F with 19 to 36 MPH Southwest Winds that not only rattled our Privacy Partition against the Balcony Railing, it also rattled our Bedroom Windows. That will be fun sleeping to that noise all night.
Lots of people do not realize how filling Omelettes can be. It was past 6:00 before we had Macaroni and Cheese for supper. It was more than enough.
We later watched the original 1984 “Ghostbusters”. It still makes us laugh.
We will be busy tomorrow.
