Whether I wanted to or not I needed to take a Tylenol Night-Time Tablet last night because I was getting a Bad Headache from the lack of sleep. It took about Five Minutes after going to bed before I fell to sleep. The next time I opened my eyes it was nearly 9:00 this morning but I felt rested.
After our Muffin breakfast we started our reading on the Computers with our hot drinks by our sides. Looking outside there were few Clouds in the sky with a slight breeze causing movement to our Bike Cover on the Balcony.

In one of the Comments on yesterday’s Blog it asked if we used our CPAP Machines daily and the answer is Yes. In the early days we experimented only using them periodically and would wake in the mornings feeling drained. When you continually stop breathing sometimes as many as Four Times a Minute you are not recharging your body’s Oxygen in the blood stream. There have been times that we suffered Power Outages and were forced to sleep without our Masks sometimes for a short period while a few times it was the entire night. We always felt tired when we got up after sleeping for even a short period of time without the CPAPs. Our last Three Fifth Wheel Trailers have all had a Pure Sine Wave Inverter that was used to power our CPAP Machines so even if we were plugged in we did not have to worry about Power Outages.

Yesterday’s Report showed I only average Twelve Apneas per Hour the night before but while I lay there not sleeping the Machine just knew that I was connected and not having any Apneas. It does not recognize whether you are asleep or not.
For lunch we had Chicken Noodle Soup along with a Pecan Tart, an Orange and Yogurt Cup for dessert. It wasn’t until we finished eating that we noted the change to the weather.
Kathy set up the Crock Pot to cook the Steak and Peppers that I had chopped up yesterday for our supper today.

We were back at the Computers working on different things. I found the addresses to a few more shops that I’ll be visiting this coming week.

We turned on the Television just before 5:00 to see if there was a Golf Tournament on this week and there wasn’t so that meant we would see our Local News. That gave us the chance to have supper before the News would start.
Kathy cooked up Egg Noodles to put the Pepper Steak on before we seasoned it lightly with Parmesan Cheese. We toasted it with Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) and then Kathy topped it off with a Chocolate Raspberry Sundae for dessert. It all tasted great and the best part is there’s more Pepper Steak for another meal.
On the 6 o’clock Local News there were more Coronavirus Cases in other parts of the Province. We can expect more Rain for the next Week but the temperatures are not expected to spike as high as they have been.

We later did the Dishes before watching a couple of specials on Television. Not sure what tomorrow will bring our way. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
