Setback but Recovered.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

We are finally starting to recover from the change to Daylight Savings Time with me getting up shortly after 7:00 and Kathy getting up shortly after 7:30. After enjoying breakfast we once again enjoyed a two cup morning while reading at the computers.
With the reading completed we continued working on the computers where Kathy was once again doing research towards future RV parks that we might use later this coming fall. Being a firm believer that seeing things on a map would help to put things in a better perspective Kathy uses a magnifying glass to see the tiny writing on the map. (Warning disastrous moment about to happen.) She also wanted to see how close it was to other locations so she scanned the page too quickly using the magnifying glass. It was a good thing she was sitting down because the room started spinning and she thought that she was about to be sick. She had thrown her Equilibrium off and had no balance. She sat patiently while I stumbled through making our lunch. After with the help of a regular strength Tylenol and a two-hour Snap she managed to get her land legs back under her.
Shortly after 3:00 we drove over to our daughter Karen’s home to pick up our grandson Tyler to bring him to an Orthodontist’s appointment. His mom had asked Kathy (grandma) to sit in on the appointment because she was at work and his dad had a doctor’s appointment of his own and Tyler can never recall everything that the doctors say. Neither of us had ever really looked at Tyler’s teeth that much but were very surprised at how crooked they were. This will only be the starting point.
After dropping Tyler off at home we stopped at the Metro grocery store to pick up some fruits and vegetables. We also got a ready cooked chicken and macaroni salad from their Deli for supper and leftovers for another day. Needless to say we didn’t quite get as much accomplished today as we’d planned but recovery was more important. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. I well know those spells. Have to be careful standing up too fast. Also looking up. One benefit....I always got out of painting the ceilings.

Best to take it easy Kathy.

  3. I had no idea that looking through a magnifying glass could do that! I'm glad Kathy recovered quickly!
