Somebody Did a Boo-Boo.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Before going to bed last night I set things at the ready just in case I’d experience yet another restless night. My theory was that if I was going to be awake through the night I’d tire myself out by being busy. Just my luck that I slept like a rock throughout the night and suddenly woke up just as the clock hit 8:00 this morning so I still had my chore to do. 

As soon as breakfast was over and I had changed I started sorting the laundry and was on my way down to the laundry room before 9:30. There were just enough machines for me to get the washing going. Once that was going I brought the mail back to the apartment and applied a coat of stain to the opposite sides of the pieces I’m adding to the cart for the trailer. 

When I returned to the laundry room again there were just enough dryers for our laundry. This was going well because even though I had four loads of laundry I figured I should have it all wrapped up shortly after noon hour. 

Back at the apartment I now had time to read the morning blogs and E-mails that I always read. Before long it was time to go fold the laundry and get back to do other things. The first dryer I went to and opened the clothes were no longer as wet as when I put them in but they were very damp. I have seen people open the wrong dryers before and simply close them without restarting them. The machine will simply time itself out unless it is restarted and you end up with damp clothes. That’s what I figure happen. After paying again I busied myself folding the clothes in the other dryers. 

Before going downstairs I had told Kathy I’d be back by 12:20 but I didn’t get back until 12:55. Kathy had made lunch which included the last of the Homemade Turkey Noodle Soup so after waiting she had part of her lunch and then sat with me to finish the rest. After we put away the clothes I added yet another coat of stain to the wood pieces for the trailer cart. 

I spent the rest of the afternoon running scans on the computers and transferring pictures from SD cards to my desktop computer. This is the computer I use to store all our pictures so I can then empty the SD cards to use again. 

Since we are expecting our first frost in our area tonight we’ll probably be closing the windows tonight but the weather is supposed to be great tomorrow. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
