Just when things were starting to go so well, I took a giant step backwards last night. After reclining in my Chair for only Twenty Minutes, I started the back and forth routine until it was time to start the day. What upsets me the most about that, is I always sleep the best, when there is so little time to do it.
Looking outside, other than all the Clouds, there was nothing falling from the sky. We both felt tired, even though we had just gotten up. Knowing that lunch was not that far off, we settled for our Breakfast Snack before going back to our Computers. It was an extra Coffee day.
The Sun started making slight appearances as it reflected off the White Landscape. Though we were not feeling hungry, it was the perfect time to have Italian Wedding Soup for a late lunch.
With the outside temperature actually reaching the Freezing Mark later in the afternoon, by the time we had to turn the lights on inside, there was a lot more pavement visible downstairs.
We waited until the Weather Guesser on the “6 o’clock Local News” showed we could expect another visit from the Polar Vortex over the weekend, that we made Macaroni and Cheese for supper. It seems the later suppertime has put a stop to our late night snacks.
We later watched a few episodes of “Law and Order, Special Victims”.
Though it will be colder tomorrow, we will be getting out.
