Handling Sleep Apnea.

I am really getting tired of repeating the same thing day after day about my sleep issues, a I am sure you are when reading about it. Unfortunately, if we cannot sleep properly, the rest of our lives is a mess as well. It was back to spending more time in my Recliner than in Bed last night.

When I suggested Cereal for breakfast this morning, Kathy gave it a Thumbs Down, saying I could have it but she just wanted a Snack, so that was what we had.

When setting up my important places to monitor for the weather, I chose where I felt a connection to, but it seems the Technicians at The Weather Network, like to impose places that I am not as interested in. Now that it has all been reprogrammed again, it should last for a few days.

It was past 2:00, when we had Perogies for our lunch.

Today’s temperature would finally reach 16 F (-9 C), under sunny skies with Northerly Winds.

Yesterday, when I spoke about using a CPAP Machine to keep breathing at night, lots of people do not realize how lucky they are by not needing to use one. Both Kathy (21.5 Years) and I (19 Years) since we were diagnosed as having Sleep Apnea and use CPAP Machines. When we have even brief Power Outages, we feel dragged out for days. In our early RVing Days, many of the Campgrounds we stayed at, would lose Power, so even with our first Travel Trailer, we set up with a Pure Sine Wave Inverter. After that, we never had interrupted sleep, until we moved into this Apartment. We are also Planning on adding Solar Panels on this RV, just in case we go Off The Grid again, because we are hoping to soon.

Some people can use a Dental Appliance, as long as they do not have any False Teeth. Unfortunately, we are both from a generation, that our parents chose extractions as a way of dealing with Cavities due to their finances.

Since I got a late start at slicing up Vegetables for a Stir Fry this evening, we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Chicken Pizza for supper. On the bright side, it will be quick and easy to make the next few meals.

Though it has been around for years, Kathy and I watched the movie “Bruce Almighty” for the very first time and enjoyed it.

We will see what tomorrow has in store for us.
