Record Breaking Temperature.

Since taking this New-to-me Medication, I’ve been sleeping like I always should. The only problem is that I have to start my sleep time in my Recliner, before going to Bed. Last night after a busy day celebrating Two Birthdays, I was so tired that the Recliner was skipped. That was a Big Mistake. After tossing in Bed, I went back to my Recliner and suddenly the clock jumped ahead by a Couple Hours. Returning to Bed, I managed to sleep the remainder of the night soundly. I’ll be leaning back in my Recliner before going to Bed from now on, so I know I will sleep.

Breakfast was lite but the morning was busy as there was lots or preparation for today’s chore. It was Laundry Day which was the perfect way to spend a day with an outside Humidex of 113 F (45 C). Fortunately, there is a Heat Pump in the Laundry Room, but it was working so hard, the condensation was dripping on the Folding Table. To circulate the air in the building, it is blown from a system on the Roof into the Hallways. Kathy continues to help me, but is struggling walking in the building. The best part is when we returned to our Apartment, where our Air Conditioner was set to the perfect temperature.

We watched an episode of “Criminal Minds” before watching the “11 o’clock Local News”. According to the Weather Guesser, we broke a Forty Year Record for this date, by 5 F (3 C) and there’s more to come.

With an early appointment tomorrow, the Alarm has been set, so I can only hope that I sleep tonight.
