Good News, Found It and Watching The Celebrations.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Before anything else, Kathy and I hope all our American Friends and Family had a Safe and Enjoyable Independence Day.

Even though we both had taken ZzzQuil before going to bed, it seemed we both had different issues sleeping. I Tossed and Turned for the first few Hours, which was the cause of Kathy not falling to sleep until I stopped.

Snacks and Yogurt were our quick breakfast, being I had let Kathy sleep a bit later. Just a bit of nutrition to start our morning.

We were out the door after 11:00. When we got to the Bank, there was a line inside to the door, so we left.

We then stopped at Wendy’s to have Chicken Wraps for lunch.

After dodging more Road Construction we arrived at the Windsor Cardiac Center with only minutes before Kathy’s appointed time. We were called in rather quickly, only to wait another Hour inside. That’s short compared to some of these appointments. Kathy wants me there to ask questions she might forget and to remember things the Doctor might say. She has a fear of Doctors that seems to turn off her memory. The Good News is she doesn’t have to go back for a Year.

We finally stopped at Two different Dollaramas and not finding the Flower Pot we wanted.

Walking into the Bank in the middle of Rush-Hour all the Tellers were waiting to do their thing. We were out in Three Minutes.

We then stopped at Shoppers Drug Mart and got the ZzzQuil Gel-tabs. (Kathy does not like the taste of the liquid.) We were able to take advantage of the Thursday Seniors Discount and we still had a Discount Card, which meant it only cost a few dollars.

Still looking for the Flowerpot, it took Two more Dollaramas before we found what we wanted.

We turned on the AC back at the Apartment, even though it only felt like 99 F (37 C) out today. Cleaning the Fridge for supper, we had Bacon/Veggie Wraps and Lemon Aid.

We spent most of the evening watching the July 4th Celebrations taking place all over the USA. Kathy will definitely be sleeping by the time I get to bed.
