Clearing Out.

 Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Even though we were both up by 8:00, felt like going back to bed. I made Kathy a Strawberry with Yogurt Parfait for her breakfast. I took our Teas over to the Computers.

With this being the day before my procedure, my diet would be totally Liquid.

When it came time for lunch and supper, Kathy hid in the kitchen feeling bad about eating in front of me.

She had though of going to Walmart walk, but when she saw the Humidex at 108 F (42 C) she stayed home.

I checked the time that I was supposed to take the prep and decided to do it earlier. Following their instructions would have had me up throughout the night.

Though I’ve set the Alarm for tomorrow, we should get a good night’s sleep.
