This is something we could both get used. Go to bed and actually sleep most of the night, without too much discomfort. After getting to bed slightly later last night because we watched a Murder Mystery, it was only right that we catch up on some of that sleep this morning.
Looking at the Food Restrictions that I have to follow prior to my procedure, we simply cheated a little by having a Pastry for breakfast which gave us the added boost from the sugar.
We still brought our Teas to the Computers, so we could get caught up on some reading and corresponding. Though I had ordered everything needed (Excluding the Batteries) to hook up our Solar Panels for the Trailer, Amazon has broken it up into Three. Yesterday’s Package brought the Connectors needed for the Panels, along with the Tools to make it happen. Now the Charge Controller and Display Monitor are being shipped separately. How do they make money.
We enjoyed Veggie Wraps for lunch along with a piece of Chocolate Cake for dessert.
I stayed in the kitchen for a while longer to clean and slice a Celery Root we got last week. Once that was done, I set it to boil, to soften it. The bigger the Root the longer they take. Checking it often, when it felt tender it was set to cool, which gave me a chance to cool myself. Besides we’d just finished lunch. With our 102 F (39 C) Humidex, Kathy didn’t feel like going out.
I
also
cleaned up the Strawberries
that we just bought yesterday. They will have to be eaten before my
Endoscopy
or
they’ll go bad,
but I can’t have any Berries
of any kind. Kathy will have to struggle through it. I’m looking at
the Pineapple
I cut the other day.

That was the perfect time to bread and sauté the Celery
Root
for
supper.
We managed to watch a couple of Hallmark, Christmas in July Movies. Sure cooled things down in here.

Words of Inspiration
Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.
Kierkegaard, Danish Philosopher
I bought six quarts of strawberries when Food Basic had them on less than $2 last week. I cleaned them up and froze them for a couple of days until I was in the mood to do something with them.
