Celebrations.

 Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

What sleep we got last night was well appreciated and we didn’t sleep in this morning to make up for anything lost.

Waking just a bit ahead of Kathy I was just short of cooking the Over Easy Eggs on Toast when she joined me.

Switching things up this morning we had Tea instead of coffee to bring to our Computers. There was plenty of things to check out, but no further correspondences from the Courier that was supposed to deliver my package last week. That I will have to deal with first thing Monday.

Lunch was quick and simple, having Italian Wedding Soup, with a small bowl of Pineapple for dessert.

We made an Adjusted Shopping List of things we didn’t get this weekend, because we didn’t go to Dollarama. That’s where we headed around 4:00, before we stopped at Burger King to use Coupons for our supper.

From there we headed out to the town of Essex, to celebrate a couple of Birthdays. Our daughter-in-law Jen had called yesterday inviting us to help celebrate our grandson Haigan’s 17th Birthday today rather then on Wednesday. We also got to meet Dexter, who had his 5th Birthday yesterday. Jen’s parents, Sue and Jack were also there, so we had the chance to talk as well as enjoying the interaction of the kids.

Before we knew it, the clouds were starting to look Ominous and it was only 8:00, so that was everyone’s cue, it was time to leave. The Car got slightly washed on its way home. We also found that not only are there Detours all over the City, due to road construction, but starting tomorrow there will be a number of arterial roads coming into the City that will be closed for more construction.

There’s more for us to do tomorrow. We just have to find a way of getting it done.
