Problem Solved.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

I actually slept in until 6:45 this morning and woke up feeling refreshed. I had everything ready for a quick serve breakfast and had been on my Computer for well over an Hour when Kathy joined me at 8:15. Breakfast was Homemade Strawberry Parfaits and Cookies.

We enjoyed our Teas at the Computers, but once they were finished, it was time to leave.

Though we tried to make an Appointment yesterday, the Assistant said they were not taking any. This morning, when we stood in line at Shoppers Drug Mart the Pharmacist said we could have made an Appointment, but we’d be accepted as Walk-Ins. Many don’t agree, but during the height of Covid we even had the Booster Shots. Everyone we know that only had the Original Vaccine, ended up getting the Virus at least once. (Knock on wood, we hope our streak continues.)

From there we headed to Guardian Storage to collect our Mail, before stopping at the Pioneer gas station to fill the Car. After reading Blogs that show much lower fuel prices in the Southwestern US States, I wish we were there now.

We made a quick stop at the Credit Union to pick up a little cash for Holiday Donations. When I looked at the Receipt, I was in shock trying to figure where the rest of our money had gone. We talked as we headed home trying to figure out how this happened, then it dawned on us. A quick turn at the next corner and we were heading back to the Bank.

When we paid for the New Truck Tires, the Service and Batteries for both the Car and Truck, along with an Unexpected Service Charge, it all came out of our normal operating account. Transferring that money back to its rightful place solved all our problems.

We stopped at Harvey’s for lunch before going to Dollarama and Zehr’s to restock our food supplies.

We watched a Hallmark Christmas Movie to finish off our night.
