Sleep seemed to be something I could not get last night. After staring at the ceiling for over an Hour, I finally started my day at 6:50. Part of the problem with having Sleep Apnea is putting up with one of the side-effects, which is Insomnia.
I was busy cleaning the Raspberries we had bought, before getting things ready for breakfast. Looking out the Balcony Door was little difficult because the Rain was coming down so hard.
After enjoying our breakfast and getting back to the Computers, it suddenly became difficult to keep my eyes open. If only that would happen through the night.
After finishing lunch Kathy made a suggestion that I have been making for a long time, let's go store walking. It’s not the same as walking Desert Trails, or Beach Shores but the weather is controlled and at this time better for my Hip.
Not being sure where to go, I headed to the Tecumseh Mall. It would give us a climate-controlled walking environment and a variety of stores to explore. It wasn’t long before we walked into a place called Northern Reflections. It’s been a long while since Kathy bought any New Clothes because she has to watch the types of materials due to Allergies. Before we knew it Kathy had Three new winter tops.
While she was trying things on, I needed to sit. It seems strange that as long as I’m walking or sitting my Hip does not bother me, but as soon as I just stand still Pain starts to return. We walked the rest of the Mall before heading for home.
When I cooked up supper, I noticed less pain than the other night when I made the Veggie Wraps for which I stood mostly still. Tonight, I kept moving around the kitchen while everything was cooking. We shared Honey Garlic Spareribs, Sauteed Zucchini, with Homemade Fries and Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) as a refreshment. I also topped it off with a slice of Tuxedo Cake surrounded with Raspberries.
We watched a Hallmark Christmas Movie for our evening.
Kathy has always needed more sleep than me, due to Heart Problems so I’ll be joining hr soon.
With tomorrow being Remembrance Day in Canada along with all the Allied European Countries and Veterans Day in the US, we’d like to “Thank You all for your service” in the Armed Forces around the world. Including those who paid the ultimate price for our “Freedom”.

We are having lots of "northern" visitors to our RV sites this week. A sweet couple from Ontario are here now. They came in on Saturday and leaving today. On Wednesday another Canadian couple arrives for two days. They travel fulltime in a 31 foot Class C...... with FIVE children.
